Reconditioning Process

The Recon Division at Skyjack has all the required equipment to do a professional, high quality paint job. They offer a complete paint line and oven and a state of the art blasting booth.
Each and every Skyjack equipment put back together based on OEM standards and some parts are replaced with new ones. The components that get replaced includes: hoses and filters, 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, the main control and main electrical cables and joystick controllers. Moreover, each unit is given new tires, batteries and battery cables and worn pins and bushings are replaced.
The 2nd and 1st tiers have a load capacity of 90,000 lbs, the TXLC-974 in the 3rd and 4th tiers provides an 85,000 lbs load capacity. These models offer a 97 inch center of load. When at 106 inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is eighty two thousand pounds in the 2nd and 1st tiers and in the 3rd and 4th tiers it is still rated at eighty thousand pounds.
